It will be based around 7-OH, yes.

I'm still debating what, if anything, to add to it.
Hey Par, not to hijack this thread, but do you ever get over to MFW anymore? I lurked daily on MFW from 1998 - 2002 or so. I went over there a while back and saw a few familiar names, but not many.

The reason I ask is that I miss having so many bright folks all in one place. Lyle, Elzi, Brink, PA, you, Duchaine (sometimes), Bill Roberts, etc.

hey, you left out Mike Lane, Lysis, Schue, Pusbag, Kneller - what are you, prejudiced?

Par, I had no idea you're an MFW vet! I rarely go around there anymore...all the old bodybuilders are gone now (on to other things, I guess).

Lyle and Elzi rarely post there anymore. They both swanny around Lyle's board.

MFW used to be awesome. AM is awesome, but for me, AL forums is the new MFW.

We don't have quite as many really big names, especially who use it as pretty much their one and only board because there is so much more competition, now.

But, PA, Bruce, Bill L., myself, Spook, Loki, the Designer guys, Mike (1fast), Bill Carpenter, and a few others I am probably momentarily forgetting, is not too bad.

And, in the past we've have Lyle, Elzi, Thoburn, and other post fairly frequently, but Lyle and Thoburn have their own boards.

The discussion on our board is probably better, though. The signal to noise ratio certainly is because it is not the free for all that usenet is.

I started posting there in the last half of 1999, which was the beginning of its last hurrah. Duchaine was gone, as was Bill Phillips, Dharkam/Ames, CLC, Pusbag. And, I probably did not become a "name" until a year later. Then, I largely abondoned it in favor of message boards within 6 months or so. And, quite a few people have followed suit because usenet is just too much of a circus because of the anarchic nature of usenet. It is fun, but it just is not productive and most of the big names are in the business, so we have to be productive with our time.
