Recomp?

Mr.50

Board Supporter
Is there any chance we can start to get some preliminary information on what Recomp is going to be?

Mr.50

bump for all of you AL guys for any info on this product? It says on the web site that it is supposed to be out in May.

Im sort of out of the loop on these newer products, as I am really not an employee of AL. Par or possibly Loki should have more info.

This will likely be pushed back a month.

Have had trouble getting an ingredient or two and have gone back and forth on the formula as well. Plus, I've been overly busy.

Thanks for the update Par.

So what's the gist behind the product, C?

Correction, I just looked on AL. I didn't realize that was what it was called. Already read it. Classic name.

Recomp= Melting point+anabolic enhancers?

I'm actually thinking Recomp is going to get put on the back burner because it just cannot match the AAS that are still/again being sold as supplements.

Understandable; however, I think many who try to steer clear from androgens as much as possible (like myself the majority of the yr) and many of the drug tested athletes out there will definitly want to try this out. I think the vast majority of people who you are concerned about, such as the Legal Gear whores on bb.com, would not have the intellect or conviction to look into Avant products in the first place. ALRI and Designer have some good prods out, but I think you are catering to a diff customer with recomp, and that is a good thing for you.....

I agree Max. After this summer I am going to be changing my focus with the types of supplements I use. I will be looking for more non hormonal options.

I gotta agree with Max here. I myself will not use AAS simply because they make you break out. In fact, there are many products I won't take for that same reason. Pro-hormones (pre-bran of course), yohimbine and creatine all make me break out. Anything I can take that won't make me look like a zit-faced creep is worth a try to me.

I am not trying to play the role of the innocent little fart here guys. Androgens have their right place, but I would love to use something like these yr round. I prefer to steer from creatine due to bloat. Again, I think it would be a great idea. And if you need any beta testers..........

That's ok Max - I'll be the innocent little fart. I keep it clean since I don't really have any good reason to go the androgen route. I don't judge those that do use though - to each his own. I just love to see legal supps that work so us small guys can at least try to keep up:thumbsup: .

We're gonna see. It's definitely coming, since--as we all know--the current post-ban "designer" boom is going to eventually draw 'shut-down'-attention from the powers-that-be as well.

You may end up seeing SyntheSIZE before Recomp however.

Understandable. But any successful compound that enhance nutrient partitioning during assisted bulking, preventing putting much fat would definitely have a market.

But, that is pretty much what SesaThin does already.

And, SyntheSIZE is a non-hormonal anabolic/protein synthesis stimulator.

I don't want to give too much away, as Recomp will probably see the light of day in some manner, eventually, so just trust me that it just doesn't make sense to bring out right now.

That made me think, why dont you get in the progestin market?

I think bringing out a bunch of legal anabolic steroids after congress spent two years passing a law specifically for the purpose of banning them is just asking for a good skull-fucking of our industry.

Thus, Avant is not going to do so.

I'm also paranoid that individual companies could be targetted, by lawsuits or the FDA, and we're doing well without them.

If this was 3-4 years ago, maybe I would have been right there with some of these companies, though. Who knows.

Im surprised they didnt write the law so it said a compound that has a dramatric effect on the AR. Then it would be hard to get around.

While that sounds great in theory, "dramatic binding to the AR" is a little difficult to quantify in real life.

And if they just did something like "synethetic substances with an affinity for the androgen receptor", that would be displaying far more common sense than anti-steroid legislators seem to posses.

If you think about it, there's a great degree of irony in the sense of ethics we bring to the table, all things considered.

True, every company would say "prove it."
