I really didn't want to post this here, but I emailed Avant Labs customer service 7 days ago (if 7 days is not enough time to receive a reply, sorry but I feel it is) about a problem I had with one of their products and still have not received a response. If you one of the AL reps would please email me at: [email protected] to sort out this matter it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hmm, I know the customer service can be slow at times, but none of the reps here handle the customer service end. Ill try to alert the proper people. Sorry for the lack of responds. Did you buy the product direct?
