HEAT question

would it be alright to take a supplement like lipo 6 that has ephedra already and yohimbine along with HEAT, or would that be way too much yohimbine... i would think this would be a good combo for wieght loss along with green tea, but i dont know if these 2 products may interfere with each other... any help or suggestions

NE is a stress hormone. Which is fine for short-term weightloss (your body reacts to stress by increasing fuel availability to compensate for a lack of energy to spare glucose for the brain; you start oxidizing freed fatty acids, viola, youre burning fat). Problem is that too much NE tells your body not just to burn fat, but that its starving. Soon you will get to a point where your body will start resisting weight loss because it is trying to keep you alive and sees fat-store retention as a good way to ensure your survival. Too much norepinephrine invariably leads to really bad weight loss plateaus. Thats why H.E.A.T. was designed in the first place (to give the benefits of EC with less NE and more DA (dopamine)), and is the reason why you can use one or the other, but definitely should not use both at the same time.

oh whoa, thats interesting.

is it possible that to signal your body to release too much NE while only using one compound at a time?

recently i have done
2 weeks clen
2 weeks eca
2 weeks clen
2 weeks off
and now i'm starting clen w/ ketotifen again.

could i be setting myself up for the same oversignaling of NE.

also how does HEAT stack up against the classics like clen and ECA? other than being more dopaminergenic (did i just make that word up? sorry).

That and it will cause anxiety issues. Especially in someone who is predisposed with panic attacks. Not any fun trust me.

Clen isn't that strong a central stimulant--it's more of a peripheral sympathomimetic, so NE isn't an issue on it(and hence the reason why you can stack H.E.A.T. and Clen or--if you're brave and don't mind some instense systemic stimulation--Clen and EC).

Based on feedback (and my own experiences correspond with this), EC is a better appetite suppressant and gives a stronger overall stimulant kick. HEAT is a more enjoyable stimulant kick (less tweak, more happy), and a better lipolytic. Obviously you can potentiate either with added l-tyrosine, which is always a good think to stack with nearly all central thermogenics (since its a catecholamine precursor).

Oh, and lastly, hate to break it to ya, but "dopaminergic" has been in scientific circulation for at least 3 or 4 decades now.

Yeah, that's why oral Yohimbine HCl tends to make so many people tweak.

I know you guys said not to mix HEAT and ephedra, but I did it anyway this morning (not totoally on purpose) I took Heat at 7:30am, and took an old AST dymetrine Xtreme at 10AM. It wasnt all that bad. I wont do it again, because of long term effects, but I was surprised, as I read these thread after I had taken the Ephedra. I was expecting an anxiety rollercoaster, but instead I sat making posts at BB.com the whole time.

Some ppl will react differently, not something to do over a long period of time. Ppl with pre-existing conditions will suffer greatly.

Ive mixed Y and E before. The main thing you have to watch is high BP. I really dont think the popular ECY stack some use is a good idea at all.

So how long before ephedrine starts turning against you?

I can't really give you an exact, definitive time-span, but I think "beyond six weeks continous" is pushing it.
