Is there a difference between the Sesathin liquid and caps in efficacy?

Some people say yes, liquid is a little better.

But the caps are definitely more convenient.

Not entirely sure, to be honest. Could be just more effective as a straight liquid.

I think people who use the liquid just tend to dose slightly more, since it is measured by volume - which can be off.

The caps, measured by weight, are always spot on.
