Ephedra ( or ephedrine HCL) will not be effective in a topical solution,if that is what you're asking.
Oral ephedra would of course be beneficial to cutting while using Napalm,nothing especially detrimental about the two,unless you're especially sensitive to stimulants.
The caveat being that ephedra isn't exactly heart friendly and may be detrimental to cardiac functioning.

Liquid (oral) Clenbuterol and Napalm mixed seems to be a proven and very effective combination.
