Hi there,

Each scoop of SuperSize contains 75 mg of caffeine. Depending on how many scoops you take, it stretches from 75 mg to 225 mg per serving.
SuperSize delivers some really good zoning in effect and the nitrates delivers some insane pump. Everyone respondes differently ofc, but the lastet comment I got from a user who have tried both SuperSize and Craze said that they were on par on the energy and focus aspect, but that SuperSize blew Craze away with the pumps :)
After one serving man I am loving this Supersize especially this second version taste has improved quite a bit

It's still early days but the energy and focus is on par with the current biggest seller Craze but the pump I have been getting just after my chest workout blows Craze right out of the water

The pumps are insane !!

Have to admit before trying Supersize i actually thought that Craze would be hard to beat as a premier Pre-workout well i have really changed my mind now

Reason being

Well there's 3 reasons really

1st is taste wise the 2nd edition tastes way better than the first, and i would even go as far as to say it tastes better than Crazes Grape cool aid, it actually goes down well really like the taste of supersize now lol !

2nd Price Wise generally $4-$5 dollars cheaper than Craze on most websites.

3rd And more importantly this is where i think Supersize has it over most pre-workouts out there the pumps are insane way better than Craze. Try training Tri's and Bi's on this formula lol you will definetly notice a big difference it terms of pumps.

Energy and focus are really the same cant really tell the difference between the two both really work the same way, with very minimal crash which is really good to have in Pre-workouts these days.

This formula surprized the hell out of me i honestly did not think it would be that good ! great job guys on the second edition

Glad to hear you decided to give SuperSize a try.

I'd say start out with 1 scoop and work your way up to a protocol that works for you. For me, I know my limit is 2... as 3 was just to hardcore for me.

It's kinda funny, but I'll actually dose one scoop before I have an important meeting to just keep me in the zone.

Looking forward to your feedback and enjoy those works. It's also ok to look in the mirror a bit longer as the muscle fulness will be impressive.

Well I tried the product yesterday. I went with 1 scoop. Its very subtle at this dose but I had energy, drive, and motivation to train. It lasted for some time. It wasnt the best day has we were doing speed squats with bands and when I went in to rack on my first set I came in off center. I ripped the skin on the corner of my pink back. It started to bleed so I had to ice and elevate it. Went to urgent care to make sure there was nothing else I had to do to it. After ice, urgent care, cleaned it up and wrapped it up. About 1.5 hrs. I finished speed deads with great speed and killed some ghrs and abs lol.

I use 2 scoops I think that is the best instead of 1 scoop I weigh about 220 lbs and I do feel it coming hard at that dosage !

Tried it again at one scoop. It hit much harder this time. It was different trying to lift without a pinky. Had a great DE session on bench except my tendons in both forearms flared up to the point I almost went home. I pinched them earlier in the week doing rope crunches and Im still waiting for the inflammation to subside. Hopefully ill get a true session in with this soon.

Well i tried it again today and again, my forearm tendons flared up. It the lower part of the bicep and the tendons near there. Oddly enough about 2 hrs after the session they dont hurt and dont hurt the day after or anything. Only on certain movements. Took one scoop and it hit hard again. I really like the product but im just injured right now. It flared up on suspended Goodmornings to the point my hands were shaking and i couldnt grip. Put some horse limenite on it, chilled out and did assistence work. I will be takinga few weeks off of any movement that affects it, I will still do assistence and work on building my base. Wed should a much better session.

Hope that finger gets to feeling better. When I was dealing with a shoulder issue, I learned to love legs and they just blew up with SuperSize.

Get healthy man.

Honestly the finger is the least of my worries with my forearm tendons flaring up every session to the point I cant grip my water bottle with one hand.

thanks man, idk what happened. Maybe tendonitis? But it literally came out of no where, one day i was fine. the next in pain.
I'm in no position to tell you what it is or why you got it... BUT, to me, it sounds you had the same thing I had a couple of years ago.. My forearms ached like hell after every exercise where I gripped the bar in a certain way.. Like doing plain barbell curls, flat dumbbell curls.. Turned out I had compartment syndrome.. .Google it and see if the sympthoms are anything near what you experience...

Ill look into it, its not my forarms that hurt but the tendons in the elbow joint near the bicep

Same issue and did it about 8 weeks ago. Hurts to curl, but can also feel pain on both sides of my elbow. Picture above and below the elbow.

I mentioned it on my AX log and how it feels like the bicep feels torn, but with no bruising. Its hard to explain the feeling but noticeable weaker than before.

Hope you feel better soon, as I'm still dealing with it... but not as painful.

It could be something that has tightened up overtime without any stretching to help combat the issue.
First, be sure to ice the area.
Second, warm-up prior to any workout that involves the upper body. Some tend to overgrip things, so for now, just use this warm-up along with whatever else you do to warm-up.

Grab a light dumbbell, 5-10lbs, and hold with a loose grip in one hand. Keep your arm at your side, almost tucked into your side. With your elbow bent at 90 degrees and holding the dumbbell, rotate as far counterclockwise as you can, then slowly roll your wrist clockwise as far as you can. That is 1 rep, aim for 10-15 per arm, for 1-2 sets. LIGHT DUMBBELL IS KEY.

Ok well i had my ME bench today. I talked to my training partner/coach, well idk hes a much older and experienced powerlifter i train with here and there. I explained my issue he told me to do the same warm up Bnatural talked about to get blood in there. Did that. Felt good going in, we were doing floor presses and it started to flare some. Not as bad, I think i found out why it flares when i press but anyways he gave me some icy hot to put on. I ended up hitting 225+60lbs of chains at the top for 2 and felt decent. Finished the session with only moderate pain, far less then monday. Then iced for 30min when I got home and feel A LOT better. Also I did 1 scoop supersize, get focus on this session and was happy with the floor press PR and a 315 rack lockout for 5.

I've never tried SuperSize before an intense workout like Insanity/Cardio.
Personally, I've found that preworkouts before Insanity/Cardio actually elevated my heart rate more than desired.

You'll have to experiment and I'd suggest 1 scoop to start out with.

Insanity is pretty hardcore and keep us posted on what you decide to do.

I'll definitely start out with one scoop to see how I feel while doing the insanity workout. Also, I forgot to mention that I'm stacking the supersize along w/ AD products shredabull and taurotest and can't wait to see how they all work together.

I would prefer using UltraReps for a long cardio session, considering its ability to increase endurance without increasing the heartrate.. Increased oxygen uptake via theobromine could help out as well..

SuperSize could help you with energy and explosivity in shorter burst of cardio, like playing floorball or something.

Please do come back with how you experienced it!

I would give supersize a shot first and see how it affects me during those long cardio sessions and running. Is there a way to get some ultrareps samples to see how it compares to supersize in terms of its effects?

Sorry to hear that, bro! How many scoops were you hitting ?
I haven't heard any complaints about sleep issues at all with Supersize, so please come back to us , so we can see if we can find any issue regarding that!

1-1.5. Anything with PEA and or analogues of PEA have always kept me up all night long. Its not nearly as bad with supersize as it was with drive and pre-surge unleashed. However I did use it at around 12 most days and was up till 2-3 at night. One day till 4 even with 2g GABA in my system.

1-1.5 scoops, around 12 usually. The energy is about 3 hrs with an "awake" feeling that lasts much longer. The pump lasts idk, I train for Powerlifting but a few hrs 2-4.

that's a good time for lasting throughout a workout and extra energy for other activities as well, but on couple post you said you were up til 2-3 or even 4am, wow that's a really long time for that wake feeling to last and you took it early on the day too. Hope I wouldn't be up that late and im planning to take mine 3:30 or 4 pm before workin out.

As I stated all products with PEA and its analogues do this to me. The rep even mentioned this is the first they have heard of this. Also it doesnt keep my gym partner awake at night either. I use to do things I shouldnt have when I was younger which might explain it.
