Love it! Its a great amount of BA, within 2 weeks I noticed some great increases in endruance and recovery. Strength was up some too. Training without it sucks, well for me it does. HA!

I got the tingles, not terrible but I got them. I like the tingles though, I get them in my lips and forearms. They usually subside 15-20 mintues later.

i had the pleasure of trying it... got no tingle, but im a beta alanine junkie so that could have someting to do with it. I loved the product and am definatly gunna be getting more as soon as i find work. lol
