creatine nitrate? for me?

swimming is an anaerobic exercise as well as aerobic. the water provides the resistance

i think you would benefit from taking creatine

however if you are in a swimming club or competing check with your trainer to see if the use is ok . It is legal but its better to check before use.

Just from my personal experience in things, I'd opt for regular monohydrate in this instance. Creatine Nitrate is awesome, but I only took it on lifting days; mono on my non-lifting days.

I've used it before swimming and found it worked great, but I'm also not doing a crazy amount of laps, I found when I used it pre-boxing my shoulders get pumped faster yet I can keep pushing more, it doesn't seem to give me a burning out pump kind of feeling, more of a performance pump, if that makes sense.

I think for something like swimming you would be better off with using something like Nitrozine, GPLC and Agmatine Sulfate, GPLC is known to help reduce lactic acid and really give an improvement in muscle endurance.

GPLC, beta-alanine (if you don't mind the tingles) and Creapure would be great for swimming. Check out the research on each compound, they're great for your sport.

after seeing how much my arms swole after using cn i was a little hesitant to use it for weighted stairclimbing. in actuality it was very beneficial-i did 5 trips up and down 21 flights of stairs wearing 5 pound ankle weight this morning. the nitrate is why cn is more beneficial than mono, imo. the nitrate will increase endurance.
