i am going to buy this and try at the 30-40 range, hope i have better results than ap. when upping carbs on ap, my bf% went up.

That's my fear as well, don't want to risk fat gain at this point. I do feel safe at the 30-40 gram range though, yes.

Yah ok with me, I will be odering some as soon at it is available at Nutraplanet, along with some Kwik Karb. I was thinking about some yellow gold but your AP story has me rethinking that one. Perhaps for my son who is gong to be on more of a lean bulk...
