hai guys, I know this questions probably asked many times.. please help me for you all RPM/Drive expert.. esp. strategic move (who make me buy this stack )
I'm at 155lbs maybe 13-14%bf
I'm indonesian and ON 100% whey 10lbs prices over $usd150 overhere, so just wanna make the best of it
I wanna ask :
1. Is it ok to use it 5 days on and 2 days off / week?? (just
wanna know if I can save it for 4weeks) for me supp. is
not cheap..
2. I know I'm supposed to take it with empty stomach upon
waking, so after how many minutes I can eat? I assume
not prior-eating, huh? Is it ok to do fasted cardio while
waiting??
3. If I use RPM for pre wo, just take it 1 hour before wo. so
how bout my pre-wo meals timing??
just for info, I run this stack with DCP and AP
