Neovar question

Do i have to have all the carbs recommended to see results from neovar? i'm dropping weight for summer and wanted to try neovar but now i wonder if i should wait for my next bulk?
 
it works on a cut as well, but you do need to get at least in the 25-30g range of carbs to get the most use out of it. if you take it only post workout, you are likely taking in that much in carbs anyhow then
 
I agree with EasyELJ. In my experience I lost weight while on it. My guess is that the Neovar (with the banaba extract) allowed my body to more properly use the carbs I was getting. I think it would actually work great on a cut. I have no scientific evidence of this though, this is just from what I experienced. :)

I think Neovar is great on a cut bc while you are loosing fat it helps to maintain or even boost strength. Btw Lanebane, the 1 cap Neo with Rpm dose, Do I still need to take in any carbs with this dose? Just trying to understand. Im very intrigued with this.
 
no, no carbs with it, thats part of why you only take 1. the effect is there, but its no so strong as to give you bathroom issues or make you feel hypoglycemic vs attempting to take 3 or 4 with no carbs

Wow thanks for the quick response easy!! Im so trying this when Im done with the New Neo betas!
 
shhhh don't talk about them ;) you can try it with them, do it that way for your other dose of the day (preworkout with rpm) or on off days use 1 that way, and then take 3 and 2 at separate meals. i've been liking adding 1 to precardio supplementation

Woops sorry I totally forgot. Should I delete my posts?I really want to try that but Ive been off RPM/drive for about a month so I cant start taking it again until the testing is over. So I dont confuse my results up.
