RPM & Lack Of Aggression???

I took RPM 1hr pre-w/o for 3 workouts @ 3 caps for the first and 4 caps for the second & third at a body weight of 232lbs. I noticed an increase in energy but I couldn't get as aggressive as I normally do. I physic myself up to an enraged state which really pushes me to my limits. With RPM I can get aggressive but not frothing at the mouth f'n psycho aggressive. Today I went back to whiteflood and had no such problem. I do very intense 30min workouts so should I up the dose or is RPM not right for my application. Thanks.
 
Try 5.... if that doesn't work, it may just not be for you. Another option is ongoing use at any dose to see if the effects manifest with time.
 
Make sure you take it on an empty stomach too. This makes a huge difference for me. I'm usually 220-225 and 4 or 5 is good for me.

First, I would recommend bumping your dose up to five. When I first used RPM I was somewhere around your weight give or take a few more lbs and I used 5...that was my magic number.

Secondly, Give it 1 hr and 15 mins to kick in and make sure you do a quick 5 min cardio session before doing your weightlifting warmups. It should kick in once you really start pressing the heavy weights. This is what worked for me. Note: As I have gotten bigger I had to bump my dose up to 6 to get the effects I desired.
