RPM/Drive Stack. Am I doing this right?

Greetings.

Just started a workout program, mainly for trimming down and losing weight. It's been a month now. Started the program at 285 lbs (3 x a week, cardio 20 mins, weights 40 minutes.) Haven't dropped any weight so far, but feel better.

Started the RPM/Drive stack (nothing else, no other vitamins or supplements) this morning one hour before my workout. Took nine pills total (4 Drive, 5 RPM) per the dosage guidelines on the bottle. I wonder if this is too much. During the workout I felt nauseous and jittery, and now one hour after my workout completed I'm still jittery but the nauseousness has wore off.

Am I doing too much, or is this normal side-effects for starting out? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Bud, your going about it the wrong way. Taking RPM pre-workout only is fine, but you should be taking DRIVE 2 separate times a day. The main reason is to keep your cAMP levels elevated throughout the day and night.

A suggestion on how to dose the products to get maximal effectiveness would be to take 3 DRIVE and 2 RPM upon waking (45mins prior to breakfast), and then 6-8 hours later (pre-workout preferentially) take 3 DRIVE and 3 RPM at least 45 mins after having your pre-workout meal and 45 mins-1hr prior to working out. By doing this you would be taking 6 total DRIVE a day and 5 RPM a day. Do this only on training days. I am a very experienced RPM and DRIVE user and I can say that splitting the doses of RPM when running it with DRIVE is definitely more beneficial. If you were running RPM by itself I would recommend only taking it pre-workout, but stacked with DRIVE...split the doses.

On off days you can cut back the doses and do a 2 and 2 approach for both products.

Note: you may experience some stomach issues, but don't worry about it...it will go away...sometimes it takes about a week or so for your system to get used to the forslean intake that is a part of the DRIVE formula.
