powerfull then igf-2 after ?

Hello. ive just finished a 2 bottle cycle of usp labs powerfull a good product. now ive started applied nutriceuticals igf-2 and was told that i should stop taking this product as it has similar ingredients to powerfull and wont make igf-2 be as strong is this true should i stop taking this product for a month or keep going as i really would like to keep taking this exiting product please reply thanks wilson.
 
i would take a month off between powerful and IGF-2 in order to get the most benefit out of the IGF-2 and give your body a break.
