My shipment is sitting at fedex for pickup, can't wait to get started. Just wanted to get some input on my dosage protocol for this stack.
Here's a little background on myself. My current weight is 218lbs @ 22%bf (according to body fat scale), I workout in the morning before I go to work. Then I train my girlfriend in the evening and do cardio with her. Currently I'm just taking supplement wise a PWO shake w/ animal paks.
My goal is body recomp, ofcourse maintain or increase strength and drop BF's.
So here's my dosage protocol:
Pre-workout: IGF-2 x 3, Drive x 2, RPM x 5
Post-workout: Neovar x 4
Afternoon (12-1): IGF-2 x 3, Drive x 2
Evenworking training session w/ gf: Drive x 2
Pre-bed: IGF-2 x 3
Question since i do cardio with my gf in the evening (5-7pm) can i take another dosage of RPM?
Your input is greatly appreciated....
