| Registered User | Naringin-free RPM? RPM is the $hit, don't get me wrong, but is it possible to get a naringin-free version? Great focus, aggression, and energy but I think the naringin makes all that stimulation last too long. (Yes, I've tried fewer caps, but you just don't get the same intensity.) My workouts are in the evening after work and a lot of the time I need a kickstart, but then I also need to be able to come down to get to sleep. I hypothesize that if RPM didn't contain the naringin, then you would get all of those things but it would only last for a shorter amount of time. What are your thoughts on this? |

| Gold Member | Have you tried taking it more time before your workout? Say if you take it 30min before and still feel the effects 2hrs after workout, try taking it 1-2 hrs before your workout and see what happens. |

| Board Sponsor | Naringin is an important part of the RPM blend. It is one of the compounds that ensures the rest of the agents in the blend maintain their synergy at a high level. While I am not the product formulator, my personal opinion is that there can be no such thing as a naringin-free RPM. If naringin were to be removed, the combined pharmacological activities of the rest of the blend would be so different from the RPM we know today that the product would need to be renamed. RPM is not just naringin, but naringin is a key component ![]() USPLabs Product Educator These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and do not constitute medical advice. | Registered User | Haha I knew I was gonna get these replies... I've been taking it earlier and earlier in my last few workouts and I'm trying to nail down a one hour mark before stepping into the gym. I guess I will keep pushing it earlier and see what happens. |
