Drive on an empty stomach

do u have to take drive on an empty stomach? if so, what is ideal 30 minutes before meal?

how about before work out, considering i usually eat a small meal before my workout...

I weight about 160... so I was thinking

2 morning...2 afternoon... (maybe 2 early evening) ?

1) It is recommended to take Drive on an empty stomach. This means about two-and-half hours before your last meal and about forty-five minutes before the next.
2) At 160 lbs, four capsules per day should be fine. The 2 x 2 morning and afternoon split is also fine. Although Drive is non-stim, you might want to take it early evening (five or so hours before bed) at the latest.
If you always eat a small meal before workout, try to take your pre-workout dose of Drive about 30-45 minutes before your pre-workout meal.

I was under the understanding that forsalean needed fat to be absorbed?
I am not so sure this is the case. The root of the plant Coleus Forskohlii contains the diterpene forskolin, as well as other coleonols/diterpenoids/volatile oils. Some of these (and other) plant constituents support forskolin's pharmacological activity and absorption, although practically all of the pharmacological properties of the plant, coleus forskohlii, are traced to forskolin. So, although some volatile oils in coleus may help forskolin pharmacology and absorption, exogenous fats are not necessarily required for forskolin absorption.

That is a good incite, does the standard forsalean contain these oils? Or is this a case where a less potent extract might actually be better?

Forskolin is the key trigger for practically all of Coleus Forskohlii's pharmacologoical activity. The volatile oils are available in insignificant amounts, and can, therefore, be ignored for all practical purposes. Should fats be required for Forskolin activity, which may not be the case, endogenous fats would be activated for this purpose, independent of the volatile oils in Coleus.
