Just got these three in for a stack, I had my own ideas how to run it but was hoping some of the AN experts could make some suggestions.
I am 190 lbs, 5'8", ~12%BF. 12 years lifting exp, looking to do a recomp, not a true cut. I will save that for pre summer. I respond really well to creatines so I am looking forward to the Neo, never used IGF or AP before so I'm pumped about that as well.
I was going to take the AP with oatmeal and fruit, at breakfast, pre, and post workout (3x). I am trying to stay with whole foods here. I dont want to be taking a supplement for everything.
Should I take the 150lb, or 200lb doses of IGF2/Neo? Im stuck in the middle of that group, I was thinking of starting with the 200# doses and if I have to scale back for any reason I can.
Any suggestions, experience, bashing, etc is welcome.
