Drive/RPM and Pain

Hey sorry if this was talked about somewhere I searched but didnt find much. It is my third day into my drive/rpm stack and i am in horrible pain. From my wrists to my elbows to my shoulders there is horrible pain and aches. Is this related to Drive RPM? I wasn't able to get anywhere near done with my workout. Is this normal? Will it go away soon? I want to keep taking this but not if I keep getting lifts like this. Thanks.

It may just be the caffine drying you out.... thats the only thing i could think of. Did you start taking anything else new recently also, like maybe in the last couple weeks?

Those are unusual and unfortunate results. To be able to say anything meaningful, though, some more details are important. First of all, what else are you taking other than Drive and RPM? How are you dosing them? What is your body weight? Did the problems start from the first doses? Did the condition worsen over time? Improve somewhat over time? Were there any changes in your workout routine? Do you have any allergies?
My apologies for this barrage of questions, but the answers would be helpful to make concrete suggestions.

Thanks for such quick replies. My dosage is 3 caps drive in the morning then 3 caps before workout and 4 caps RPM before workout. I also take Whey Protein, Creatine, and Cissus. It hurt a little the first day and got worse and worse as time went on. I weigh about 192lbs and 6'0". I have not changed anything at all in my diet/routine besides adding in the Drive RPM. I might give it one more day and see how I feel before I stop using for a while. I really dont think it was just a bad workout day either i felt great until i hit the weights. For dumbbell flat bench presses i could only get one set of 125lbs bells for like three reps when I usually do 3 sets of 6 reps. Pain was just too much. I was really excited about Drive RPM so hopefully it will get better by the next workout. Im going to take tomorrow off and hopefully monday will be better.

If the only thing that changed was the addition of RPM and Drive to your supplementation, then the chances are high they could have caused the joint aches. This may be experienced by some users and is one possible reaction to icariin. The icariin in RPM and Drive is the very potent 50% extract. Beyond this, dodder seed and icariin both potentiate their individual effects, leading to a further magnification of the icariin impact. Furthermore, naringin boosts both the bioavailability and potency of both compounds. While this synergism is a key positive for RPM and Drive, it can lead produce effects, in some cases, like you reported.

To alleviate the problem, you may want to consider reducing your dosage of both products and then ramp up slowly. 2 x 2 Drive and 1 x 1 RPM for a week might help. Then ramp up slowly to 3 x 3 Drive and either 2 x 2 Drive or 1 x 4 Drive pre-workout. Alternatively, you could take a short break from both products, then start slowly and ramp up.

Furthermore, it is recommended to supplement with fish oil while on icariin products to prevent any possible drying out. So, if you are not currently doing so, please add fish oil to your protocol at a high dose.

Lastly, continue your supplementation with cissus. Consider increasing the dose.

You said it hurt on the 1st day. From a practical standpoint I dont see how it could be drive and rpm on day 1? Sorry, I cant see the rational explanation for that and the pain. Unless someone has input im not aware of. I know it sux to have a pain and the new supplements were the only thing different but i would look deeper?

I don’t think the problem is with the Drive and RPM stack i don’t believe that these 2 supp would kick in that quick to have pain after the first day. The problem might be with the weight being moved and its might be too much for your joints and tendons. Where you on any prior anabolic substances and maybe using Drive and Rpm as part of a PCT. There is no reason that I can think of that you go from moving 125 for 6 all the way down to 1 with out thinking it might be just too much weight for your joints at this particular time.

I really do not think it is a problem with the weight. I stopeed using Drive and RPM and am back to my normal workout. I think it was lack of health fats that caused me to dry out like above. Im going to start eating more healthy fats and take fish oil then restard the drive rpm.

A good dose of Fish Oil always helps. And while you are at it, add Cissus (Osteobolin-C is one choice) if you can. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. All the best

Just an update on this. I changed my diet up a little and added fish oil. I also just started on Drive/RPM again but this time i started at lower doses and slowly built up over the past week. I am up to the normal dose now and I feel fine. No pain at all. Hopefully it will stay this way over the next couple of weeks while I use these products. Thanks everyone for all of your help.
