| Registered User | RPM + Drive dosage question i am 163 lbs. Im thinking on w/o days: 1 rpm and 2 drive upon waking up (empty stomach) and 2 Drive 2 Rpm 30 mins before lift which is 30 minutes after a pre-lift snack. Non w/o days: 2 Drive and 1 rpm morning (empty stomach) and 2 Drive and 1 rpm in the afternoon Does this dosage amount sound good? Also, is it much more effective if you take drive and rpm on an empty stomach? |

| Applied Representative Board Sponsor | Empty stomach does tend to increase the effects a noticeable degree. Dosages look good, but up it to 6 Drive/day for the first 10 days before following the protocol you suggest here. If you get GI issues with this high of a dosage, start low and work your way up. You can adjust your RPM dosage up if need be after you see how the numbers you planned feel.
