Any problems with a 20yo female athlete taking the recommended doasage?

Thanks for the reply. 5'8" 145lbs... play D1 softball. now doing creatine and nootrophics. need more strength.

just go with 3 pill 2x a day on an empty stomach. You will see some nice results on that!

Shouldn't be any problems at all. I dose 3 caps twice daily and I see nice results. You may however, want to start out at HALF dosage for the first few days, just to assess tolerance.

my wife takes about the same dose- she loves it!!!

I had a lot of female sprinters that I used to train with on it as well- funny thing- most of them set pr's while on it
