RPM.......Possibly my new favourite!!

Took my first dose (5 caps) of RPM last night about 6pm, got to the gym around 7pm and had the best chest workout i've had in a good year!! I'm currently in post cycle therapy for a short PP cycle (not quite 3 weeks....gyno) and i felt my strength had plateud but last night i hit PR's on all lifts!! Simply amazing. If i could afford it i think it would be a staple in my supp regime.

One thing i need to ask.....does anyone get heartburn from RPM? i seem to be prone to it but last night at the gym it was pretty bad. I downed quite a lot of water to try and kill the burn. Actually felt like acid in my throat once or twice. I hope that doesn't happen everytime. I popped 6mg melatonin around 10:30pm and fell asleep pretty easy about an hour later but woke up at 4am completely wide awake. I could have easily gotten up and gone to work at 4am. Dont no if this was the RPM.

I think i may tinker with the doses and find what works best. All i can say is 5 caps was great on strength and endurance but the bottle wont last long at that rate

Anyways that's my speal on popping my RPM cherry.

i love RPm too... I either take 3-4 RPM/3 drive/1-2 SDNG(for the extra caffeine mainly), OR i take 5 caps of RPM... both do the job well

i get the hear burn acid reflux if i load up on any stim as well

especially 5 caps i bet ur wer flying


some milk always helps me

but im getting old so everything ****s me up :P"_

i always buy from Nutra. Cheap prices and well shipping costs are unavoidable. I'll be stocking up big time next order! If you were to buy from an aussie shop it would be damn expensive. Make the most of the AUD/USD and make an order.

I normally do 13 setts for chest....5 flat, 4 incline, 4 decline......after this workout i had to throw in 4 sets of flies. I could have done more quite easily......You bet i was flying!!

Arms tonight. Hopefully i get the same kind of energy, but il be taking 4 caps today to make the bottle last a little longer.

add some DRIVE into that mix to make the bottle last even longer and you will have crazy lifts

you know what i honestly thought i'd ordered 2 bottles of RPM and Drive...then my order turns up and theres only 1 RPM. i was so pissed at myself. i think i must have had them in my cart then ducked out at the last minute cos it was getting a bit expensive. Drive and more RPM will be in hte next order for sure.....if only they would give the Int'l customers some kind of deal on shipping.

today was my second day on rpm/drive and my first day in the gym with the combo... the pump and fullness i felt made me not wanna walk around fearing people would think im tryna look "swole" but my chest was just OUT THERE, it was incredible

if one desired adding CEE with an NO product... would it be okay

is RPM good before cardio or is there a need?

Exclamation If you want to Rip SH*T Up!

Seriously, if you like 5 caps of RPM, nut up and take 6....holy nutsacks its crazy! Then again....it depends on the person...I only recommend this for bigger guys...250+ like myself.
