Took my first dose (5 caps) of RPM last night about 6pm, got to the gym around 7pm and had the best chest workout i've had in a good year!! I'm currently in post cycle therapy for a short PP cycle (not quite 3 weeks....gyno) and i felt my strength had plateud but last night i hit PR's on all lifts!! Simply amazing. If i could afford it i think it would be a staple in my supp regime.
One thing i need to ask.....does anyone get heartburn from RPM? i seem to be prone to it but last night at the gym it was pretty bad. I downed quite a lot of water to try and kill the burn. Actually felt like acid in my throat once or twice. I hope that doesn't happen everytime. I popped 6mg melatonin around 10:30pm and fell asleep pretty easy about an hour later but woke up at 4am completely wide awake. I could have easily gotten up and gone to work at 4am. Dont no if this was the RPM.
I think i may tinker with the doses and find what works best. All i can say is 5 caps was great on strength and endurance but the bottle wont last long at that rate
