Depends on demographics. If you're in West Hollywood or San Francisco, there are many, many gay men who would scowl over those big muscles. Hahaha. And In Asian countries, they wuv yu wong time if you're a big American.

its fun as hell especially when i go to other places in korea not near a military installation

i get alot of stares

SO i think the mirrors inthe cardio room are designed to make u look bigger then u really are


when i walk into my cardio room after lifting i look the best ive ever looked in my life, ripped swole filled out just fantastic.

i go to my room and the mirror in my room makes me look like ****, flat , not ripped, not swole


could the usaf be lying to us using mirrors to make u look big so the fat people look fatter and work harder on he threadmill?


conspiracy maybe?

Nah, just ask where the gym gets their mirrors and get one of those for your room. Problem solved. Oh, and make sure the room is lit with non-diffused lighting ;)

so i just wanted to post that yesterday I set a new PR for DB rows

140lb x5 for 3 sets this was done after deadlifts and lat pulldowns


today i can breath, stretch or raise my arms lol

it feels niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice I like /borat voice

im only taking drive and rpm as well

mmmm i got me some rpm/drive/neovar today....i cant wait to start it in about a week :woohoo:
 
OB, you ever try RPM with some 1,3dimethylamylamine? Seems like it could be a good combo. Wouldn't the naringin enhance the 1,3d?
 
So what is it like over there, boring? And the gyms, are they built with little tiny machines for the shorter people?

Nah man it's true. My gym has these curved mirrors too. I need one as well lol.

Our gym is nice as hell 24 hrs steam room sauna, indoor track tons of extra's

Its a radar jamming Pod, it attaches under an f-16 or on teh wing of an A-10 and it picks up and jams enemy threat

a major major major pain in the ass Google ECM pod and you can see pics of what it looks like put together

oh and the Gym is on base so its for us bigger guys ;)

now walking thru seoul is a diff story lol i feel like a movie star with everyone staring ahhahah being 100lbs and a foot taller then the avg korean man lol:bow28:
 
ill come home in february for 30 days vacation then back to korea til aug 3rd then home for good

i cant wait. i love it here but it gets old fast

ill prob go up hang with the crew, cap some product and box up some shipments

im only an hur and half 2 hrs or so from them so when i can i get up there to hang out and play mad scientist

this is Seoul Tower the highest Point in seoul like 500 meters above sea level. From here you have a perfect 360 degree view of the worlds 3rd largest city

it lights up at night and changes colors , you take a cable car to the top then a elevator up

on all the windows there is a city and mileage on it saying how far you are from it.

god me too i love them long time

so classy always dressed nice where ever they go as u can see.

ive never seen a korean female smoking or overweight they are a far far cry from american women
