NeoVar on low carb diet?

Hey guys, whats up! Quick question here for you. I'm currently on very low carbs(I'm on a long cut) for 6 days out of the week, with one crab up/refeed day. I was thinking about using Neovar, as I would like to add some type of non- bloating creatine to help with strength and maintaining size. But now I'm not so sure! Seems like cause of the Banaba extract, you have to consume a hefty dose of carbs! So will Neovar be useless, or in other words not good for me to take at this time? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

how low is very low? I can manage taking it with maybe 15-20g of good complex carbs, and not have issues.

Even though NeoVar is better used for bulking and you are on a low cut you can still use NeoVar, by no means is it useless. However, my suggestion to you would be to arrange your diet and adjust your macros so all your carbs are around your workout. To get the most out of NeoVar you really need to take it with a minimum of 50g to 60g good carbs. I always used WMS before and after my workouts when I used NeoVar....all I can say is wow! I used it without Carbs twice and was pissed because I didn't feel anything.

Remember the banaba extract in NeoVar will allow your body to take in carbs and use them effectively....it will manipulate your insulin and drive the carbs into your glycogen stores so your muscles are pumped and primed for working out.

One last thing though...it depends on what type of cut your doing. If your trying to get as dry and lean as possible to harden up your definition I personally would recommend staying away from any creatine and just focus more on using BCAA's, HMB(very good for keeping lean mass intact while cutting...5 grams a day), and protein for recovery. Regardless of what creatine you use, creatine still makes your body retain more water and if your on a cut that is something you do want to deal with....depending on what your goals are.

Just my two cents bud....good luck with whatever you do. Get at me if you need anymore advice.

Good advice above.

How low is low is the question here. Structure your Neovar dose to coincide with carb intake, or vice versa. Definitely utilize Neovar with your carb-up meals.

Have a read through some of the Neovar logs...... many users report a weight loss w/ simultaneous strength gains, and improved visual appearance.

I would think that the nutrient repartitioning from NeoVar would cause some hypoglycemia as well.

Oddly rodja, I didn't notice that, even when I completely blew it and went over 1 1/2 hrs without carbs after taking neovar. Then again, i'm ok on low carb diets, but I did notice that effect with yellow gold.

Well let me say that I have been on Neovar for a few days and I swear it has absolutely made me ravenous. I could eat the south end out of north bound mule. I am doing an Intermittent Fasting diet also so I have really got to pay attention to when I take this stuff. Its definately intense for me as far as making me hungry.
