Started on my samples

I got about a 15 day run of IGF-2, Neovar, Lipotropin AM/PM that I started last night. I've not lifted any since around the 1st of July, but I started back this past Sunday. Just going to do a 2 day a week routine since I am doing alot of other stuff like weighted hill climbing.

Anyway today hit all the required dosing + 3 RPM and 2 scoops of Poseidon. I wanted to go light since I don't want to be crippled for my sprinting and hill climbing so I did Front squats with 135lbs for 8 sets of 8 with 1 minute rest between sets followed up with a few sets of extensions and curls along with some forearm work. Good greif! I got a crazy pump in my quads and especially my forearms. I looked like a mini-Trip!

Something of interest here too. I am doing an Intermittent Fasting Diet and have been pretty low on calories. I had noticed that when doing sledge hammer work, pushups and chins my pumps had been much better than before. This evening my forearms were like balloons.

There had to be something going on with my increased insulin sensitivity and the Neovar. IF+Neovar = something good!

I just have a 15 day run but I think its enough to get me back on my feet. Thanks AN for the samples. I got plenty of RPM so I'll be using it for a few months. 2 per day+2 extra on my lifting days.

Anyway just wanted to give the report.

Had one killer workout this evening. First really heavy upper body work in several months. My strength and endurance really surprised me. Like leg day I didn't plan on going with really heavy weights but man I poured on the volume and density.

Barbell Bench Press- 185lbsx100 reps@19:54
Dumbell Rows- 70lbsx6x12
Pulldowns- 150x2x12
Dumbell upright rows- 20x3x20
curls and tricep extensions- 3 sets of 20

I was blown away with my strength on the bench presses. My goal was 100 reps in under 20 minutes and I made that just by the skin of my teeth. I did sets of 5 all the way through and switched grips every 2 sets. I was pumped to the max after that one. Everything else that followed just pumped me up more. Really, really impressed. 3xIGF-2, 4xNeovar, 2xRPM made a smoking workout for sure.
