Ok super secret, train all day never get tired, holy **** i overtrained stack

Dont tell anyone its a secret.

50 min before lift 3 igf-2 with about 20 oz of water
35 min before lift 4 rpm 4 anabolic drive
25 min before lift Large serving of Bcaa's in ur favorite drink or water make it last til ur lift.


No **** i did every avaible tricep exercise known to man today, Mainly because there was this hot officer checkin meet out as i trained so i kept going lol

not only did the pump I have cut off blod to my finger tips lol.

but i had to throw the tank top i wearing in the trash due to the amount of fluid lost.

when i would bend over to grab the cable off the ground it just dripped all over the floor.


this is the 3rd time ive done this i wanted to make sure it wasnt placebo ;)

i did it friday with legs and unfortunately today, i am still walking as if I have a umbrella up my ass:bruce3: :icon_lol:

It works!!! I am on the same stack right now- did supersets the other day on all kinds of differing exercises for an hour straight with no rest and just couldn't wear myself out- I quit b/c I got bored :)
 
well yes I follow a certain routine, but after that then i just look for **** to do .

plus all i have is time its either lift or go sit back in a dorm room and do nothing til i fall asleep
