Does rpm lower blood pressure?

I've had high blood pressure for years and now it's in the normal range and sometimes it's even a little low. It dropped within the last month. The only thing I can think of is that I added incatnate and rpm. If it does lower blood pressure, what is the ingredient that's lowering it?

Does Drive lower blood pressure too?

BTW I'm taking 1/2-1 cap/day sprinkled in water and I get GREAT results!
Thanks

PDE5 inhibitors are very effective at lower blood pressure.

Icarin is a PDE5 inhibitor found in RPM.

Yes and Yes- by up to 10 pts. systolic :)

Yea, I think I'm averaging a 10-15 point drop in systolic.
I'm also getting the best cardio in several years thanks to the rpm and incarnate. So that must be helping too.

What's causing the drop? Is it the icarian?

Fabulous one, I'm talking about the regular rpm with the stims. I usually take 1 cap or less, my blood pressure would probably go down more if I took the full dose. I wonder if drive would be even better?

Yeah- it is the icariin- and yes, Drive will lower bp as well...

I find the combination of ingredients in this formula truly outstanding. For athletes with a higher-than-normal blood pressure, this rare combination of blood-pressure-lowering and anti-catabolic agents is exceptional. Not to mention the thermogenic and neuro-enhancing properties.

I am definitely going to try this out!

By the way, is Applied Nutriceuticals still sending out RPM™ samples?

yes sir!!!!

I have been one in the past that found stimulants did not work so well for me during intense cardio. The old ECA stack really helped my lifting but for hard cardio in the form of running, it was a performance killer. It would make my heart pound so fast I couldn't catch a breath.

Is anyone finding that the stim free RPM is giving boosts in cardio perfomance? I just tried a sample of Cordygen5 and Carnage this evening and I put them to the test with a weighted hill climb and combined they absolutely ruled! I am going to be looking more at the supplements that support this type of effort more so than lifting as its my main focus right now. This Stim Free RPM sounds like it would be a smoking combo with the C5 and Carnage, Poseidon-BA or Incarnate for endurance support.

My new personal favorite pre-cardio concoction consist of 2-3RPM with a little tyramine or 1,3 ethylamine mixed in with a scoop or 2 or Poseidon. Went for a 5 mile trail run both yesterday and today and honestly had one of the most enjoyable runs in my life. So endurance is defenitly a big part with the product.

I use a potent antioxidant right before the workout (fighting free-radicals during and after the exercise session) and I put 4 scoops of Poseidon in a Propel bottle and just sip/gulp throughout. I feel refreshed after a blistering workout.

I just started Havoc a week ago, so now I am doubling my workout routine as I'm sure the gear and my 'sleep concoction' will speed recovery time by cutting it in half.

I would usually do a high intensity routine such as:

Shrugs- failure
Dumbell Press- failure
Lat Pulldown- failure
Clean and Press - failure
Squats - failure
Tricep Ext- failure
DONE

now I'll either double it up back to back or do a morning and evening session.
