I have used Powerfull, and loved it very much, unfortunately, I haven't tried IGF-2 (Damn.. There's actually one product I havent tried ?!?!?!)

I've taken both while dieting. Powerfull didn't really do a lot for me, but IGF-2 helped me retain muscle and strength while on my latest diet. Just to give you a general idea, while non dieting, I usually bench press 3 sets of 5 at 250. While dieting it usually drops down to 3 sets of 5 at 225. While taking IGF-2and 12 weeks of dieting it only dropped to 3 sets of 5 at 245.

On a side note, IGF-2 didn't increase libido but it did seem to give me fuller erections.

pFull is a'ight. Didn't experince all the benegits it claimed.....

And this is the start of my 2nd week on IGF-2. Sleep has kicked in, and I am not even taking the X-Dream. In matter of act I tried watching movies this weekend and I fell asleep.....
