Hey fellas!-

poops here with another lil log. :blink:

Well RMS80 has been nice enough to let me use the sfrpm red and white cap version for my current pct so heres what it'll look like-

PCT Supps:
Toremifene Citrate
sfRPM
Good ol RPM
Test Drive (trib NO complex)

Week 1-4:
toremifene 120mg once, 90mg 4days, 60mg rest
sfRPM 2 caps AM, 2 caps preworkout (till out)
RPM 2 caps AM, 2 caps preworkout
Test drive 2 tabs am, 2 tabs preworkout


ive been told this should help get HTPA production back up to norm in no time and all the while still feel "on" all the while cutting fat with an upregulated thyroid.... not sure of the exact mechanisms or supps but thats up to RMS80 to divulge when he wants and im just excited to e seeing wha titll do for me and with that....


Days 1 and 2:
so far (2 days in) I can def feel the increase in uptake it causes with the RPM taken along side (fells like the first time i took RPM with the slight euphoria and drive kick in) and has a very stong thermo effect, like i have to stip down to nothing when i come inside early in the morning after shortly visiting my office and only get dressed if i have to go outside or bout 2 hours later when it startes to subside.

So far ive already seen some good leaning out and increased definition and my workout the other day (day 1) was SICK and the pumps went from being great to by the end of the w/o they were burning and almost impeding my workout.... felt goooood though.

ill be hittin the gym agian later tonight and cant wait to see how my workout goes as ive felt a good pump in the chest all yesterday and most of this morning (chest being what i worked out day 1, day 2 was an off day) and cant wait to see it destro my arms and back tonight.

Blood Drawn 8/07/07:
TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL 685______norm range 280-800 ng/dL

ALT 15________________________norm range 5-35 units/L

AST 22________________________norm range 10-40 units/L

Damn can't wait to see this, im thinking about doing an epi cycle for a few weeks and want to use the same pct at the beginning of august as u r using. Good luck poop, looking forwward to this!!

bi's and tris

this day was awesome i havnt done a direct bi's workout for a week and a half and i came in with just as much strength and havnt been sore a bit since.... the ony thing i have to complain about is until i switched over to tris the bi pump was so large it was starting to impede my workout, on the other hand it was cool cause everyone was starin at my guns.

back

again great strength and still feelin like im on cycle after my last week of cycle wich was also a week off on vacation, i am also finishing my workouts with energy to spare and pumps are lasting hours until i go to bed....

next day im waking up STARVING wich is a great sign of anabolism and my weight is keeping right at 188 (same as last day of cycle) all the while im looking slightly leaner round the obliques


shoulders

aight tonight was shoulders and i did the math on my doses... i was gonna have an extra pill so i decided to dose 3 sf rpm and hell why not 3 RPM as well for this evening.... WOW energy and focus and RPM RAGE was off the hook comin into the gym and lasted throughout the entire workout! actually pushed heavier on 2 exercises and the craziest thing of all....
after the workout after i had my post work out shake and up until right now im having on ccle like back pumps and just dosed 2g of taurine to try and help them subside... if they dont go down soon though im gonna have to pop a motrin and if that doesnt work the next step will be a flexeril.... hopefully not as i want to wake up tomorrow...

so far im VERY impressed with SF RPM and strength obviously isnt going anywhere and looks as though im actually burnin fat and keeping weight wich means lbm gains..... i'll want to to use this stuff for every pct or just all the time if it really keeps with extended use..... i wish this was comin out faster though since i only have enough for half my pct and dont want my lifts to suffer after im done :( :( :(

now i havnt even tried to 1RM on flat bench for a long while BUT none the less i just made a personal record tonight with flat bench!!!!!

this is how it went down....

build up to 1RM flat bench
135 x10 (warm up)
225 x2
245 x1
275 x1
295 x1

my previous 1RM was 275 but that was done a while ago before i switched over to all DB's for my flat and incline AND decline bench.... pretty damn awesome that it was still done on a post cycle therapy and then still had the energy to for another killer back workout after this and cant belive the amount i sweated and energy i still had when i finished....

also i started this post cycle therapy @ 188lbs.... ive noticed considerable leaning out round my obliques BUT i weighed in tonight and was exactly 190lbs!!! this is great to still be gaining at this rate and in post cycle therapy..... this stuff is def kick ass.

hey ill prob be taking the night off tonight but wanted to note that all day today i looked hugely pumped, had some minor soreness from my back workout last night but more then anything i falt as though i had a whole lot of built up strength... wich came in handy for my long ass day of work, well im pooped now so i prob wont hit the gym but if that changes in the next couple hours ill update as to how it goes.

Lmao.... Researching old los to put together new pct plan..... Sfrpm.... Before it was drive.... Forgot how badass this pct was...

Wondering is the drive we have now even the same as the beta red and whites we had???
 
Man we are going way back in time for this one.

I cannot recall all the beta versions, But I do Know that Drive has been tried and true to its users. SHould make a solid addition to any PCT you add
