Understood. It is after all a member of the mint family which lends it some strong anti-spasmatic properties. Just to reach the recommended 50-100mg of forskolin active that would be quit a few pills. I'm not griping though, I'll take what I can get.

How many caps in a bottle? And price -- about $7 per?
And, how does banaba compare with taking an Ala with biotin supp post workout?
Also, Forskolin would help potentiate banaba's effects even further -- specifically how would that work?

I'm already sold on the Z-Recovery.
I'll second the high quality avena and the high percent nettle root.

I'm already sold on the Z-Recovery.
I'll second the high quality avena and the high percent nettle root.

60 caps per pack- around $7 for the Banaba

I will have a more detailed list up next week hopefully

As for taking banaba post workout- the effects are stronger than an ALA/biotin mix- if you take 200 mg, you will feel yourself go hypo pretty quick....

As far as forskolin potentiating banaba- there could be some synergism in there- especially along the lines of enhancing cAMP and adenylate cyclase- could lead to a noticeable "pumped" feeling all the time- worth experimenting w/ especially for the price....
