I read the FAQ and it says 30-45 min before bed on empty stomach. As most of you know that is the perfect time for a pre-bed meal.
So my question is, how long should I take it BEFORE eating my pre-bed meal, to give it time to absorb.
I've been doing 2 Lipo-PM about 15 min. before each meal. I think you'd be just fine doing the same with your pre-bed meal. The banaba will be a beneficial little addition pre-meal.
