| Superman | So im gonna take my second dose tomorrow before my workout and had a question for you, it says take it an hour preworkout on an empty stomach, so should i eat a few hours before my workout and then take it an hour before or take it an hour before and then eat maybe 30 minutes before my workout? | IBE's Super Pooper Board Sponsor | i just took my second dose today and changed it up a bit. this time instead i ate my preworkout meal about an hour 45 min before my workout and dosed the RPM an hour before. i still had great strength and focus but the stim effects were def deminished, still had an incredible thermogenic efect and i could feel it kicking in again before i even got to the gym but not nearly the high heartrate and stimulation i experienced the first time.... if i had to choose to do it again (wich i will when i get my bottle) i woulda tried taking the RPM 1 hour and 45 min early and the meal at the hour mark.... i think it would allow for more of the stim effect to stay as it was strong as hell last time and id still get my meal in early nough as to not cause any discomfort or me to throw up....(so manu i dont know bout you but i never eat within an hour of w/o... kinda like swimming..... specially if its legs... ill spew big time, lol) 90% dedication-10% supplementation. PS You can take RPM 2 hours before the workout and still get the same results- only problem is, what are you going to do for that hour before!! RPM makes me feel like I HAVE to lift or do something active- but not in a bad way!!! M.S. On another note, I just took 4 caps about 45 min. ago then just ate some oats and wpi/mpi protein blend. I am like jacked ready to go lift...waiting for my damn partner!!! HURRY!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna take some white flood here in a few then go lift! ROCK ON! | |

| Banned | First dose: 4 caps and hour after a small snack. Did get too crazy of a stimulant affect, but the mental clarity kicked in, and the workout was strong and strength sustained through out. The real test will be tonight, where I have no more RPM and I have to do the same WO... Dosage 2: 5 caps after a small snack 2 hours before. this time, I got a significant energy boost, and the lactate workout was intense from start to finish... Overall. RPM was pretty solid. I have one more dose saved, which I plan on using this week for HIIT. |

| Banned | Well, I used my second dose of 5 caps pre-water skiing, needless to say, it helped tremendously. My grip didnt tire out very fast, I ate shiz numerous times and didnt even feel it, I had like 2 hours of sleep before I got the call so I was awake for the trip, and I got mad confidence (probably a placebo effect) to do some crazy stuff out on the water... loved it fellas, when my current ph stack is done, I will pick some up for my some summer fun in the sun. |
