It mixes fine. I have it every morning for breakfast: 1/2-1 cup oats + 30-40g protein powder + 1-2 tbsp flaxseed oil. I usually use a little water to mix my oats and protein powder together. Sometimes I use yoghurt instead, and add in fruit, berries, nuts, seeds, and spices, to either increase flavour, variety, or calories.
