Liver ultra sound and supp question

I have a fasted ultra sound scheduled for the end of the month. Roughly a week into my appnut 5 stack of igf2 Free test drive rpm and neo.

Question is. Will the night time before bed intake effect the test or results? Should I just skip that night's intake?

Supp intake. I cannot have food for 12hr so 9pm the night before.. I'll take night supps before bed. Approx 10pm.
