Yeah it helps quite a bit. I just got a bit carried away with what I was doing. My biggest mistake was adding a 4rth day to my workout, then pushing hard and then what the increased volume on top of what the extra day brought to the table. I was basically setting myself up for this by doing too much, working harder and faster than my tendons can recover. That and I am on an AI as well as being on the EPI-V so things are surely drying out which is probably a MAJOR factor in this situation.
