Lit Up - Sample Question - Serving Size?

Guys, I got your 'father's day' goodie bag and t-shirt, inlcuded were two Lit up samples, questions is, on the front they say one serving, on the back, it says a serving in 1/2 the packet...I wanna give these a try, just not looking to pop 600mg of caffeine by mistake.

(samples do this alot...I had Muscle Pharm samples, two packets, same thing, one said 1 serving, the other said a serving was a half packet...sadly, neither dosing did a thing..)

Good question- the LU sample packs are 5.5 grams, which is the equivalent to one scoop of the powder, or 1 serving....
