    HGH UP w/protein at night?

I'm currently dosing 5 HGH UP at bedtime. I know you're not supposed to take it with carbs, but is it ok to have a protein shake before bed with HGH UP?

As long as the protein shake does not contain whey protein (as it has the same insulinogenic effect as carbohydrates), you are fine.

    as rosie said,
You should be fine with a protein shake as long as it's low carb if I remember correctly.

Better if you avoid any carbohydrates within ~90 minutes of taking your HGHup dose.

I know, but when the product first came out, dirk stated a protein shake with low carbs is not going to cause too much harm. Obviously it's recommended to go no carb if possible though.
