    Resistance Training Days

    Option A (if you do not train first thing)
    Dose 1 - 2-3 caps first thing
    Dose 2 - 3 caps 45-60 min pre-resistance training

    Option B (if you train first thing)
    Dose 1 – 2-3 caps 45-60 min pre-resistance training
    Dose 2 - 3 caps pre-bed

    Option C
    Dose 1 – 5-6 caps pre-bed

    Non-Resistance Training Days

    Option A
    Dose 1 – 2-3 caps first thing in the morning
    Dose 2 - 3 caps pre-bed

    Option B
    Dose 1 – 5-6 caps pre-bed


    Lipotrophin-PM

    Dose - 3 caps last thing at night


    Drive

    Resistance Training Days
    Dose 1 - 4 caps first thing in the morning
    Dose 2 - 3 caps 60-80 minutes pre-resistance training

    Non-Resistance Training Days
    Dose 1 - 4 caps first thing in the morning
    Dose 2 - 3 caps 6-8 hours after Dose 1

  4. That is exactly what I am looking to do. I am taking milk thistle, and acai berry for anti oxidiant and liver help too. Hopefully, this all plays out. Any sugesstions on other things I should take is also appreciated.

    You should be using the basic staples - creatine, multivitmin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs - if you're not already (note that you may not need to use a good fats, protein, or BCAA supplement of you get enough of these from your diet). Also Milk Thistle and an antioxidant are not necessary, as this is NOT a hormonal cycle.
