does 2nd gear have somewhat of the same affect on sleep like HGHup and IGF 2 do? maybe im not eating as late or going to bed earlier but ive been sleeping like a baby while on this.

When I take “NOW- I3C” late in the day I have troubles getting to sleep... strange I know.
