igf-2 and Cancer?

If I type igf-2 and cancer in google, a few articles appear on the links between insulin growth factor II and cancer. While it does not name AppNut, this does scare me a bit. Can someone please clarify this to me.

IGF-2 by Applied Nutriceuticals is named as such because it is called Immediate Growth Factor. The product has nothing to do with actual IGF-2 which is an insulin growth factor.
