So for a guy whos 6'3 230 who is looking to use 2nd gear as an AI with Mass FX should he stick to the recommended dosing as if it were being used for PCT(1 cap b4 bedtime) or would it be a good idea to use 1 cap am and 1 cap b4 bed?

During PCT...1 cap only...period. As part of a natty test boosting stack...2 caps per day. There really is no need to go beyond 100mg of 6-bromo for anyone, but then again everyone does respond differently. My personal preference is 1 cap pre-workout, 1 cap pre-bed.

i have been using solo at 1 cap a day, but 2 is fine.
