can you take rpm and the one pre workout ?

If you train first thing in the morning, or near where you would take your pm dose (if you're going to be splitting your The ONE dose into two) of The ONE, then you can use them preworkout. Otherwise dose The ONE as directed and RPM 60-80 min pre-training.
