    Thanks westpalisade, i can see its improving! but no i didnt take measurements of my bp, but i did have a physical a couple weeks ago and i can remember is was normal. Ill try and get one at the end.

    Same morning routine

    Training: Arms

    Barbell Curls 10,10,10,8,8,8,7,6,6,5 of 75lbs

    Weighted Dips 10x10 with 45lbs

    DB Curls 10,8,8,8,6 with 35lbs

    -superset-

    Closegrip Bench 10,8,6,6,5 of 135lbs

    Cable Hammer Curls of 85lbs 5x10

    -superset-

    Cable Pushdowns of 85lbs 5x8

    Mood: been feeling the same lately

    Libido: it seems to have dropped alittle. lower than normal

    Physical Appearance: seems to be the same lately, but definitely at a leaner state

    Sidenote: Still sweating like crazy, i was soaked from doing arms! i feel real warm all day long.

  3. Day 13

    Same morning routine except for a nap..

    Training: Chest/Abs

    DB Incline 10,8,6,6 with 85lbs

    DB Flat 8,6,5,5 with 85lbs

    Weighted Dips 4x10 with 45lbs

    Cable Flyes 5x10 with 40lbs

    Weighted Leg Lifts 3x20 with 10lbs

    Weighted Twist 2x20 with 10lbs ball

    Weighted Bridge 1min with 10lbs

    Sidenote: Everything so far feels the same but today i was real lethargic in the morning before taking some JACKED. I feel asleep an hour after eating breakfast for 30min and just felt real tired. It comes and goes. Today seems to be on the higher side of letharginess...

    Day 15: Same morning routine

    Training: Chest/Shoulders/Tris

    DB Bench 5x5 with 90lbs,95lbs,95lbs,100lbs,105lb s

    DB Incline 5x5 85lbs

    Decline Iso Machine Press: 115lbs on each side

    Weighted Dips 4x10 with 25lbs

    Behind Neck Press on Smith Machine: 5x5 105lbs

    -superset-

    Single Laterals 5x10 with 20lbs

    Upright Rows 5x5 with 100lbs

    Bar Pushdowns 5x5 with 90lbs

    Things to note: Holy Cow the mood in the gym was insane today! I was so focused and ready to hit the weights. The biggest note of the cycle so far was the jump in strength! 100lbs DB felt light! I can say with confidence that my strength is UP!
    Sweated a lot again today. Felt good all around.

  6. Day16: Back/Traps/Biceps/Abs

    Weighted Pullup wit 25lbs- 8,8,6,6

    Bentover Rows 155lbs 5x5

    DeadLifts 275lbs 5x5

    T-Bar Rows 250lbs 5x5

    DB Curls 47.5lbs 5x5

    -superset-

    30lbs barbbell til failure

    70lbs shrugs 30sec

    Weighted Leg Lifts 10lbs 2x20

    Machine Ab crunch 3x20

    Sidenotes: Definitely have the Alpha male mentality in and out of the gym! strength is also on the rise!

    Side Effects: not bad at all, just a few things to note.

    Im suffering with lethargy. But once i take my pre workout drink, it goes away.

    Im getting irritable. My patience has shortened.

    Seems as if Libido has dropped down. I will definitely pay attention to this and keep updating this part. I hate to see the high, go away...

    I have trouble sleeping. I toss and turn all night.. idk what that could be.. any ideas?

  7. Try some melatonin. I ran TO for three weeks and the lethargy kicked in on the last week.

    Squats 5x5 with 325lbs

    Deadlifts 5x5 with 255lbs

    Leg Press 5x5 with 655lbs

    Leg Extentions 5x5 with 160lbs

    Leg Curls 5x5 with 85lbs

    Sidenotes: Lethargic feeling was still present this morning. Libido has lowered and maybe its just me, but im suffering from testicular atrophy. Strength is still rising and loving it!

    Machine Reverse Flyes: 150lbs 10,8,8,8

    WEighted Dips 45lbs: 10x5

    Decline Crunch with 10lbs 4x20

    Machine Crunch: 3x30

    Sidenotes: Lethargy wasnt as present today. Felt like my endurance was strong throughout. Workout was about an hour and a half. Sweated like a beast. Other than that, nothing crazy has changed since yesterday.

    Sidenotes: Nothing drastic to note. Still sweating like crazy tho. Feeling warm all day long. but everything is good.

    Bridging with Swiss Ball: 1min

    Sidenotes: Legs were on fire after the workout. I could barely walk out of the gym. Sweating all day long and was kinda annoying. I couldnt stay cool at all. Pumps were insane. My legs havent felt that swollen, i dont ever! Soreness came on immediately.

    I started Drive today to get it assimilated in my body 1 week before starting PCT.

  19. question... I started Drive today and I dosed 3 caps upon awakening. I normally drink a protein shake upon awakening, so i waited around 10min to take it. Those the protein shake or any meal effect the absorbtion of Drive? How long after taking Drive, can a meal be cosumed?

    Sidenotes: Was real lethargic this morning after taking my first dose of 2pills. took a 30min nap after breakfast. Its been like this everyday for the past week. Is that bad to sleep after breakfast? (food sittin in my stomach) But after, I felt great. Workout was great! All the energy in the world. Legs swelled up like crazy! could barely walk!! awesome feeling!

    Drive is most effective on an empty stomach. However, if you're only having a protein shake then I would suggest dosing Drive first thing as soon as you wake and then having the protein shake ~20-30 minutes later. If it was a heavy meal, then yes, it would affect the effects of Drive, and it is recommended to take Drive on an empty stomach or at least 45 minutes before having a meal.

    gains definitely feel solid. Muscle hardness is very noticeable. No bloat whatsoever and from what i can see in the mirror, it doesnt look like fat gain at all.
