The One dosing times?

I workout around 5 everyday after work, should i split the dose for 2caps at 7-8AM, and 2 around 1-2PM or should i just dose them all at the same time?

I workout around 5 everyday after work, should i split the dose for 2caps at 7-8AM, and 2 around 1-2PM or should i just dose them all at the same time?
I would suggest starting off with only 3 caps for the first 1-2 weeks, and then increase to 4 caps thereafter.


At 3 caps daily:

Option A
Dose - 3 caps at 7-8am

Option B
Dose 1 - 2 caps at 7-8am
Dose 2 - 1 caps at 1-2pm


At 4 caps daily:

Option A
Dose - 4 caps at 7-8am

Option B
Dose 1 - 3 caps at 7-8am
Dose 2 - 1 caps at 1-2pm

Option C
Dose 1 - 2 caps at 7-8am
Dose 2 - 2 caps at 1-2pm


In each instance I would start off with Option A, and move to either Options B/C if you start to feel any lethargy at all.
