2nd gear dosing

You can start your second gear a couple ways. 1) The day after you last dose of The One 2) Bridge it and start a few days before your last One dose. My last One dose is on Monday and I plan to start Second Gear on Saturday.
 
So at night after the next day when The One is over or the same day?

You could dose as Tyler suggested (i.e. bridge, or as I have mentioned below).

Or start using 2nd GEAR the day after your LAST dose of The ONE.

Because your testosterone levels drop mid-way through the day and estrogen picks up, with the production of estrogen at its peak during the night. You want to wake up with high testosterone, since you're more anabolic that way.
 
Hmm, I did mine first thing in the morning and it worked out pretty well. I'll have to try at night next time!

I dose it the same way because there are so many hormonal changes throughout the day that it really is impossible to say what is the best time to dose it. When and how you train, diet, other supplements, etc all impact your levels.
 
Yes I did actually but it doesn't say anything about taking it at night with the one I have. All it says is "Take one capsule daily. Daily consumption not to exceed two (2) capsules."

It mentions it in various threads, etc. But never mind. Not important now that it's over.
 
But not on the bottle(at least the one I have). Anyways it worked out fine but next time I'll know.

Sorry about that man its just there are so many diff threads about this and the other questions with tips before and during the product launch and still going on now. It does get tiresome answering the same thing over and over. If you have any further questions let me know and I'll answer it from all the questions I've asked :) or point you to a good thread. On another note how did you like your cycle?

Yeah I'm sure there are a lot of threads on it by now. I didn't actually go reading about it much since The One came out. I figured I'd give just the 2nd Gear PCT a try since I've done the SERMs for PCT before and didn't like it that much. For The One dosing, I did 3 per day, 1 at waking, 1 at lunch, 1 pre workout around 3PM.
 
is this is all that is recommended for pct for the one? surely not...

2nd GEAR + a testosterone booster at a MINIMUM (as well as the staples).

As for The ONE dosing, dosing SHOULD have been either:

Dose - 3 caps first thing in the morning

OR

Dose 1 - 2 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 1 cap 4-6 hours ;ater (but no later than 1-2pm)
 
First off, I got it right when it came out and I did read all there was at the time which includes a few of the threads you posted. By now there's lots more information. I read all the information that was out at the start. Yes I DID MY HOMEWORK with what was available at the time. And I've not been reading much on these boards for a while so no doubt there's more information now than when TO was first released.

Anyways you might think I don't know anything because I haven't been following the latest threads in the last few months but FYI I've been reading about hormonal products including AAS for years since it's interesting to me.
