    The One + vitamins

Since Saw Palmetto competes for receptors, and so many of the "mens formula" vitamins contain Saw Palmetto, what multi is recommended for use with The One?

As of right now, I take 4 of The One in the morning, and 1 ADAM about 10 hours later.

Is it recommended to switch to something like Essentials or Orange Triad?

AN's Complete-Balance is recommended. However, as long as the m ultivitamin you are using does NOT contain Saw Palmetto (or Pumpkin Seed Extract, or any of the other substances listed as detrimental to results on The ONE) then it should be fine.

Essentials would be fine. You would just need to make sure that you weren't using another creatine product as well though, since it contains 5g CM per serving.

Orange Triad is also fine. And if you're looking for a straight multivitamin product, then this would be better (otherwise Essentials covers BCAA's as well as creatine needs, although not as comprehensive as a multivitamin).
