I am about to start "The One" in a few days, and was wondering about its recovery abilities. I will be smashing down clean dense calories and will be sleeping and resting constantly and dedicate all my attention to it. With that in mind can somone who used or is using "The One" give some detail to the extent of your recovery ability? How many days could you workout per week without overtraining and how many times could you work the same muscle per week? How many days did soreness last?
