Would it be counterproductive?

I have been taking NOW's ADAM multi vitamin and I was wondering if the Saw Palmetto content in it would have a negative effect on The One's results.

EDIT: 2 ADAM tabs = 160mg saw palmetto extract

You're fine using NOW Adam as your multivitamin during a cycle of The ONE. The Saw Palmetto content shouldn't effect the effectiveness/results of The ONE, as the latter is an EXOgenous hormonal source.

In saying that, Saw Palmetto IS an inhibitor of your ENDOgenous DHT production, which is not good for muscle building or performance in general. It is recommended to use Complete Balance whilst on-cycle.
