I was a beta tester for the One and ran it pretty hard for 37 days- first 28 days i dosed at 6 per day (3 at 6 am and 3 at 3 pm) There is no need to run longer than 4 weeks. If you want to pulse it for longer that would prolly see more benefits as The One kicks in fast. Most of my gains were in the first 2-3 weeks, after that i was sluggish and hungry all the time. My next run will be a 2 week on 2 week off to compare to my first run. I was literally walking on air the first few weeks- euphoric, alpha male, throwing more weight around than ever- after week 4 i was literally working out, eating, eating and still eating and sleeping. I gained 18 lbs in 37 days.
